Jonathan A. Mason

Managing partner

Jonathan Mason founded Mason, Schilling & Mason in 1973. Since then he has created a team with superior knowledge in creditors’ rights. His colleagues and legal adversaries alike credit his passion for winning as the drive behind Mason, Schilling & Mason's sterling reputation in the credit management community. Jon spent ten years as a faculty member of the Ohio Continuing Legal Education Institute and worked on the Dean’s Council at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Jeremy R. Mason

Partner, Bankruptcy Department Chair

Jeremy Mason works primarily in bankruptcy and banking law. He is a distinguished scholar who, while in school was a recipient of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Scholar Award, the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and Cornell’s National Scholar. He’s a co-author of the case analysis "First Circuit Bap Denies Chapter 13 Debtors a 'Hardship Discharge' in its Clarification of 11 U.S.C. § 1328 (b)," published in CLLA Bankruptcy Section, Vol. 19, Issue 5, CLLA Bulletin, November 1999.
