Jeremy Mason works primarily in bankruptcy and banking law. He is a distinguished scholar who, while in school was a recipient of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Scholar Award, the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and Cornell’s National Scholar. He’s a co-author of the case analysis “First Circuit Bap Denies Chapter 13 Debtors a ‘Hardship Discharge’ in its Clarification of 11 U.S.C. § 1328 (b),” published in CLLA Bankruptcy Section, Vol. 19, Issue 5, CLLA Bulletin, November 1999.
